We employ highly trained and experienced Field Engineers. Our call logging system provides engineers with detailed information relating to customer problems allowing them to be fully prepared before arrival on site. They will ensure that they have the necessary equipment for the repair or replacement of any faulty unit on an initial visit.
Our aim is to solve problems on a first visit basis reducing equipment downtime. Wherever possible our engineers attempt to repair all equipment on site. Should equipment require workshop repair goods are removed, repaired and returned with the minimum delay and in some cases replacement equipment is supplied.
We offer rapid response to site anywhere within mainland UK and our standard cover is Monday to Friday with additional resource provided for weekend and ad-hoc services.
The cost for the Field Engineer to attend site is £160.00. With additional hours at £75.00 per hour if required.
